As our Repairs & Maintenance Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for coordinating end-to-end maintenance, liaising with contractors and making sure customers receive timely, high-quality service. And you won't be doing it alone: our case management system, modern tools and balanced-workload model mean you can focus on great outcomes instead of chasing emails all day.

What you'll be doing

From day one, you'll:

• Manage and control work orders and quote requests from start to finish
• Source, compile and follow up contractor quotes within set timeframes
• Issue and monitor work orders, ensuring urgent requests are handled promptly
• Review quotes for accuracy, quality and cost-effectiveness
• Maintain scheduled works and periodic maintenance tasks
• Communicate professionally with contractors, customers and on-site contacts
• Build strong relationships with contractors and understand our building network
• Arrange compliance reports and annual inspections
• Keep systems updated and ensure all communications are centrally recorded
• Respond to calls and emails with speed and care

What you'll bring

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience in property maintenance or the strata industry (highly desired)
• A Certificate of Registration (if based in NSW)
• Strong analytical and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel and Dynamics
• The ability to read plans of subdivision
• A customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail and a hands-on approach
• A compassionate, solutions-focused attitude
