National Subscriptions Administrator

At Aptella, we deliver intelligent positioning and automation technology that helps customers work smarter, safer and more efficiently across construction, mining, geospatial and infrastructure industries.

We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused National Subscriptions Administrator to help manage our growing portfolio of customer subscriptions.

Working across Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Product, you’ll help keep subscriptions, renewals and billing running smoothly.

You’ll manage subscription changes, maintain accurate records, respond to customer and internal enquiries and ensure information is kept up to date across our systems.

• Process new subscriptions, renewals, amendments and cancellations

• Manage subscription billing and scheduled bill runs

• Monitor renewals and upcoming contract changes

• Respond to customer and internal subscription enquiries

• Maintain accurate subscription and billing information

• Review invoices, credits and payments

• Work with internal teams and third-party suppliers to resolve issues

• Support reporting and continuous improvement of subscription processes

You’re organised, accurate and enjoy working with systems, numbers and people.

You bring:

• Experience in administration, billing, subscriptions, sales support or a similar role

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Confidence working with business systems and data

• Intermediate Excel skills

• A proactive, problem-solving approach

Experience with ERP systems, subscription or recurring revenue models, bookkeeping or purchasing workflows will be highly regarded.
