NSW Managed Service Administrator

Pro AV Solutions is Australia’s leading workplace technology integration organisation with branches in NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC, SA and WA. We design, integrate, support and maintain high quality Audio Visual and Unified Communication systems and solutions into corporate, government, education and defence sectors.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive National Administrator to join our growing Managed Services team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, including service delivery teams, sales and technical teams, to ensure operational excellence, efficient delivery of services and a consistent, professional client experience across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accept project handovers for ongoing service support
• Create and manage service contracts
• Create and process quotes
• Generate monthly contract and service desk invoices
• Compile required invoicing reports on a monthly basis

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Strong administration experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Previous use of an ERP/ticketing system is advantageous
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build professional working relationships
• Organised, reliable and able to work effectively to deadlines
• Proactive, collaborative attitude with a strong focus on service quality and process improvement
