We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie with a passion for excellence to join our team. Recently ranked 18th on World's Best Steak Restaurants 2025, this is a unique opening for a skilled chef to work with some of the very best produce in Australia. Work with our chefs, butchers and producers, to learn and prepare a la carte dishes for The Bar, as well as producing in-house prepared items across both our dining and retail operations in Melbourne.

You will have the following skills:

Experience
