About the role
Since its establishment in 1982, Alzheimer’s WA has served as a prominent advocate and source of support for individuals living with dementia, as well as their families and caregivers. As we progress and enhance our services, we are moving forward in a constructive and promising direction, championing person-centred care, advocacy, education, and comprehensive support through our Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and Support at Home (SAH) packages, in addition to providing day and overnight respite services across Perth, Mandurah, and Albany. Our commitment is to accompany those affected by dementia and effect meaningful change each day.
If you possess a passion for supporting individuals and aspire to be a part of a mission-driven, progressive team, we invite you to engage with us.
We are currently seeking a proactive and adaptable People and Capability Generalist to join our team in a multifaceted and hands-on role. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive on diversity in their work, value collaboration, and are passionate about fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
As a vital member of the People and Capability team, you will support the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while providing practical, first-level guidance on employment matters, workplace investigations, and compliance issues.
With a strong emphasis on recruitment, employee relations, policy interpretation, and People and Capability administration, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our personnel feel supported, informed, and empowered.
Ready to take the next step in your career and make a meaningful impact?
Apply now and join us on our journey to create a better future for people living with dementia.
