We are seeking to hire a Partnership Manager. The person, who takes this position, will be based in our Sydney office.

The Partnership Manager acquires, develops and grows Insider One Partner Network with world-class digital agencies and consultancies. This role will manage the day-to-day relationship between Insider One and its strategic alliance partners and will focus on driving alliance partner sales and building the alliance partners' digital optimization practice. Successful candidates have a strong understanding of digital marketing technologies, digital advertising technology, digital agencies and consultancies, and channel ecosystems, and are passionate about helping partners achieve success.

What You Will Do

You will own and grow Insider One’s partner ecosystem across Australia, building strategic relationships with agencies, consultancies, technology partners, cloud providers, and ecosystem stakeholders.
You will identify, recruit, onboard, and enable new partners while strengthening existing relationships to drive long-term mutual growth.
You will create and execute go-to-market plans with partners, generating pipeline, driving revenue opportunities, and supporting joint business development initiatives.
You will work closely with Insider One global offices to expand the partner network, share best practices, and drive cross-regional collaboration.
You will develop partner success plans to ensure agency-wide adoption of Insider One and expansion opportunities within partners’ end-client portfolios.
We create value by sharing thoughtful insights for our partners. You will effectively communicate Insider One’s value proposition, partnership programs, product vision, and growth opportunities through presentations, workshops, and business reviews.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Partner Success teams to maximize partner impact and market penetration.
You will become a trusted advisor on the Insider One platform, complementary marketing technologies, industry trends, and customer experience innovation.
You will negotiate partnership agreements, define joint objectives, and ensure alignment between partner goals and Insider One’s strategic priorities.
You will maintain a healthy partner pipeline, track performance metrics, and provide accurate forecasting and regular business updates to leadership.
You will act as the voice of the market and partner ecosystem, providing valuable feedback and insights to internal stakeholders, including Product and Engineering teams.

What You Need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Partnerships, Channel Sales, Business Development, Alliance Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
Previous experience working with digital agencies, consulting firms, technology partners, cloud providers, or SaaS ecosystems.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and recurring revenue environments.
Proven ability to build, manage, and expand executive-level relationships with partners and customers.
Experience generating pipeline and revenue through indirect sales channels and strategic partnerships.
Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic partnership plans.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and align internal stakeholders around partnership opportunities.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
Superior project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with global teams.
Previous experience within Martech, AdTech, Customer Experience, Personalization, Digital Commerce, or Customer Data Platform ecosystems is highly desirable.
Experience working with AWS, Meta, Shopify, Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, Segment, Amplitude, or similar ecosystem partners is a strong plus.
