About the role
monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.
We are looking for a Senior Partner Development Manager to lead our ANZ partner ecosystem. You'll own the strategy and execution of named channel and alliance partnerships across Australia and New Zealand, driving revenue growth through a best-in-class partner network. This is a high-impact individual contributor role sitting at the intersection of sales, product, and partner success.
About The Role
Own and grow a partner portfolio or 8-12 partners across ANZ, including resellers, system integrators, and alliances
Develop joint business plans with key existing partners and hold them accountable to revenue and pipeline targets through quarterly business reviews and deep business alignment
Develop tier pathway and enablement plans for partners aligned to monday.com's go-to-market strategy to drive tier progression
Work closely with the partners to drive their GTM motions and unlock new market segments for monday
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, building relationships at senior and exec level and running joint QBRs
Represent partner needs internally, influencing product, marketing, and enablement decisions
Track partner performance through clear metrics such as certification completion rate, MDF deployment, Partner CSAT and Tier upgrades/quarter, and report out to leadership regularly
Requirements
10+ years in channel, alliances, or partner development within AI, SaaS or tech
Proven track record of building and scaling a partner ecosystem in the ANZ market
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenue-bearing partnerships
Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally
Self-starter who can operate with autonomy in a fast-moving environment
Experience with CRM and partner management tools; monday.com experience a plus
What monday.com can offer you:
Join a customer-obsessed team where transparency and ownership are how we actually operate - not just things we put on a wall
Work on a multi-product suite powered by advanced AI, where what you ship reaches hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide
Competitive salary, benefits, private health insurance, bonus potential, and equity eligibility for many roles — we believe people should share in our success
Grow fast through a dedicated L&D team, AI workshops, bootcamps, and internal hackathons - the industry moves quick and so do we
A collaborative, global culture backed by Employee Resource Groups and workplace teams across New York, Tel Aviv, London, Munich, Warsaw, Tokyo, Sydney, and more
