Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Patient Interaction – Greet patients warmly, manage appointments, and handle registrations.

• Effective Communication – Assist patients in person, over the phone, and via email.

• Team Collaboration – Work closely with medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

• Billing Assistance – Support billing and insurance processes for seamless transactions.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills – A warm, friendly approach is a must.
✔ Organisational Excellence – Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
✔ Customer Service Experience – Prior medical reception or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
