People Business Partner, Projects

Help shape the people experience at Team Global Express.

We’re looking for a People Business Partner – Projects to join our Freight People & Culture team in Adelaide.

This is a varied role with the opportunity to work across people projects, employee lifecycle initiatives, process improvement and separation activity, while supporting our HR Business Partners to deliver a high-quality people experience.

What you’ll do

• Partner with HRBPs and leaders on key people projects and initiatives.

• Lead and support separation and employee lifecycle activity.

• Drive process improvement, compliance and documentation.

• Help improve our HR systems, processes and employee experience.

• Work across a changing business environment where no two days are the same.

What we’re looking for

• Strong HR/People partnering experience.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

• A practical, solutions-focused approach.

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working autonomously.

• Passion for improving processes and creating a better employee experience.
