Due to continued growth, we're seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our professional and collaborative team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work and is passionate about property. Working across multiple developments, you'll liaise with developers, purchasers, solicitors and key stakeholders to help coordinate projects from launch through to completion.

As Project Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of residential developments, ensuring projects remain organised, on track and professionally managed.

• Coordinate multiple residential development projects from launch to settlement.

• Prepare Contracts of Sale, Agency Authorities and Project documentation.

• Maintain accurate project records, databases and CRM systems (AgentBox experience is advantageous).

• Assist with purchaser enquiries, sales administration and deposit processes.

• Prepare sales reports, price lists, spreadsheets and project updates.

• Coordinate meetings, prepare agenda, take detailed minutes and follow up actions.

• Liaise with developers, purchasers, solicitors, conveyancers and other stakeholders.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and industry partners.

• Coordinate settlement processes, pre-settlement inspections and required documentation.

• Provide general operational support to ensure the business runs smoothly.
  

We're looking for someone who is organised, commercially minded and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

You'll ideally bring experience in one or more of the following:

• Property development.

• Project coordination.

• Contract administration.

• Estimating or quantity surveying.

• Development coordination.

• Commercial real estate.

• Conveyancing.

• Construction or project administration.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who:

• Has exceptional organisational and time management skills.

• Has a strong understanding of property contracts, sales processes and settlements.

• Has Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or open to obtaining it)

• Is proactive, reliable and solutions focused.

• Communicates confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.

• Has excellent attention to detail.

• Takes pride in delivering quality work.

• Enjoys working both independently and as part of a close-knit team.

This is more than a coordination role.
