About the Role

We are seeking a Van Sales Representative (VSR) who will provide outstanding customer service and contribute to the growth of our business.

While the primary purpose of this role is to deliver product to customers, it is also responsible for maximising sales on each call. As a result, the remuneration for this role includes a generous sales commission paid on each carton sold as well as monthly bonus commissions when sales targets are achieved.

Responsibilities include:

• Visiting a dedicated group of customers including cafes, retailers, entertainment venues, aquatic centres, beach kiosks, sporting grounds;

• Developing a relationship with customers, delivering and merchandising products and upselling;

• Communicating with the broader sales team throughout the day - passing on new business leads.

About You

The ideal applicant will:

• Have a clean driving record;

• Have an MR licence or learner MR, however can support the right candidate in obtaining their license where required;

• Enjoy talking to customers and building rapport;

• Be motivated and have a willingness to learn;

• Be KPI-oriented;

• Be fit and healthy, with the energy to work a full day plus overtime if necessary.
