We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Rubber Supervisor to join our Site Services team. This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee maintenance activities, support your team, and play a key part in delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.

What You'll Do
Extensive experience in Conveyor Belt Splicing (L3 min)
Lead and coordinate maintenance, installations and repair work
Supervise and support technicians onsite
Ensure safety, quality and compliant standards are met
Manage job planning, scheduling and resources
Build strong client relationships and deliver great service
Identify opportunities to improve performance and grow business
What You'll Bring
Certificate III in Polymer Processing
Experience in industrial or mining environments
Knowledge of conveyors, belt splicing, belt repair and pulley lagging
Strong leadership and communication skills
Safety-focused with good planning and problem-solving ability
