CASUAL REAL ESTATE PROSPECTING & MARKETING ASSISTANT

House To Home Group | Five Dock & Sydney’s Inner West

House To Home Group is a boutique real estate agency based in Five Dock servicing the Inner West Region. We are seeking confident, energetic and reliable casual team members to support our local prospecting and community engagement activities.

The role will include:

• Door knocking in selected Inner West neighbourhoods

• Delivering letters, flyers and marketing material

• Making outbound prospecting calls (optional)

• Introducing House To Home Group to local homeowners

• Identifying potential sellers & booking appraisal opportunities

• Accurately recording leads and customer information

• Representing our agency professionally within the community

ABOUT YOU

You DO NOT need previous real estate experience; however, experience in sales, customer service, promotions, fundraising, telemarketing or community engagement would be highly regarded.

The successful candidates will be:

• Confident speaking with people face-to-face and over the phone

• Friendly, well-presented and professional

• Reliable, punctual and self-motivated

• Comfortable working independently

• Resilient and able to handle rejection positively

• Clear and confident communicators

• Available for flexible weekday, evening or Saturday shifts

• Familiar with Sydney’s Inner West or surrounding suburbs (Preferred)

Access to reliable transport and a current driver licence would be advantageous.
