Your role and responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining equipment in the workshop.

• Provide professional customer service and communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding service activities.

• Complete assigned service tasks safely, accurately, and efficiently while following company procedures and quality standards.

• Participate in training and development opportunities to build technical skills, product knowledge, and service expertise.

Qualifications for the role

• Electrical Licence or Restricted Electrical Licence required.

• Completed apprenticeship or recently qualified electrician looking to build experience in the electrical industry.

• Exposure to switchgear, control panels, electrical installations, or maintenance activities would be highly regarded.

• Basic understanding of electrical testing principles and safe work practices.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.

• Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.

• Customer-focused approach with the ability to build positive relationships and communicate professionally.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and continuously improve.

• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork.
