What You’ll Do

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be a driving force behind membership growth and help create excitement around our new Perth clubs before the doors even open.

You Will

Drive our pre-sale campaigns, generating excitement before each club opensConnect with the local community through outreach, local partnerships, and referralsSpeak with prospective members and help them find the right membershipBuild strong relationships and create great member experiencesWork towards individual goals and contribute to team KPIsTrack enquiries, appointments and member journeys using our CRMWork closely with your team to help launch and grow our new clubs successfully

Who You Are

People-focused with a natural ability to connect and build rapportMotivated by results and driven to hit (and smash) goalsOrganised, proactive, and confident managing multiple tasksA strong communicator who listens, empathises and influencesPassionate about fitness and proud to represent the Cartel brandExperience in customer service, retail, hospitality or fitness is a bonus — but energy, enthusiasm and drive matter most
