We are currently seeking two motivated and customer-focused Account Managers to join our growing team—one based at our Burleigh Heads branch and one at our Labrador branch.

Ideally, you will have experience within the plumbing industry and a passion for building strong customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working collaboratively, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

• Develop new customer accounts and identify new market opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and support.

• Work collaboratively with branch staff to achieve business objectives.

• Manage customer enquiries efficiently using email and computer systems.

• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Previous experience in the plumbing industry (preferred).

• A proven ability to build customer relationships and generate new business.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

• Sound computer and email skills.

• A positive attitude with the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.

• Self-motivation, initiative, and a strong desire to achieve results.
