🌱 Explorers Room Educator – bringing warmth and wonder to our 1–2 year olds
🔄 Float Educator – a flexible all-rounder supporting rooms across the service (0–5 years)

The Roles

Explorers Room (1–2 years)

• A dedicated educator role within our Explorers room

• Focus on building secure attachments and supporting toddlers through this huge stage of growth

• Planning and delivering play-based experiences aligned with the EYLF

Float Educator

• Supporting across all rooms (0–5 years) as needed

• Flexible availability Monday to Friday, including opening or closing shifts

• A collaborative, adaptable, "wherever I'm needed" mindset

What You'll Bring

• Minimum Certificate III in Children's Services

• 12+ months' experience in early childhood education

• A nurturing, patient, fun-loving nature — you know how to make a room light up

• Sound understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards

• Confidence with documentation, observations, and building genuine relationships with families

• A responsible, professional approach and a real sense of team spirit

• Comfort working within a diverse, multicultural community

• Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check – QLD)

• Completion of the Foundations of Child Safety Training certificate (Department of Education)

• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
