About the Role

As an team member at Cloudberry, you'll play a meaningful role in supporting children's learning, wellbeing, and sense of belonging.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences ( for Room leaders and Lead Educators )

• Building strong, respectful relationships with children and families

• Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

• Observing and documenting children's learning and development

• Working collaboratively within a supportive team

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who is gentle, nurturing, and passionate about early childhood education, with:

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS

• At least 2 years experience a an educator

• Have excellent communication skills and ability to relate effectively to children, staff, parents and community members.

• Australian work authorisation required

• Current Working with Children Check required
