Your Experience

Hold relevant qualifications for your role:

Certificate 3 in Children’s Services,

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (essential)

or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education.

About the role:

Develop and implement play-based, child-centered programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Observe and document children’s learning progress, creating rich educational experiences that support their developmental journey.

Build positive, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues, contributing to a welcoming centre culture.

Provide mentorship and guidance to other educators, supporting their professional growth.

Collaborate with the team to ensure the highest standards of safety, care, and education.

A deep understanding of EYLF, NQF and WHS
