Junior Leasing Clerk

About the role

Knapton Property Agents is seeking a Junior Leasing Clerk to join our dynamic team in Lakemba, NSW. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to launch your career in residential property management. You will be supporting our Property Managers and gaining valuable experience in the real estate industry. This role is based in Lakemba in a family business established over 80 years.

What you'll be doing

• Processing rental applications and conducting preliminary applicant assessments

• Maintaining and updating tenant records, lease documentation and property files

• Scheduling property inspections and coordinating with tenants and landlords

• Preparing lease agreements and associated documentation under supervision

• Performing data entry and maintaining accurate property management databases

• Supporting the leasing team with general office duties including photocopying and scanning correspondence

• Assisting with advertising rental properties and managing enquiries from prospective tenants
