We are looking for an enthusiastic Property Management Assistant / Leasing Consultant to join our growing team.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a basic understanding of property management who is looking to develop their skills in a supportive, professional environment. You'll begin by assisting our experienced Property Managers with administration and leasing, with the opportunity to progress into managing your own small portfolio as your confidence and experience grow.

About the Role

Initially, you'll play an integral role in supporting our Property Management team while learning every aspect of the industry. As your knowledge and confidence develops, you'll gradually take on more responsibility, with the goal of managing a small portfolio of your own.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing administrative support to our Property Managers

• Processing tenancy applications and updating the portfolio managers

• Managing the tenant enquiries database

• Conducting open homes and leasing inspections

• Organising tenant key handovers

• Preparing and uploading online property advertisements

• Assisting with routine property management tasks and compliance

• Learning all aspects of residential property management through hands-on experience

About You

We're looking for someone who has a genuine interest in property management and is ready to build a long-term career within the industry.

You'll ideally have:

• A basic understanding of property management or previous experience in a real estate office

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail

• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Confidence working both independently and as part of a team

• A current driver's licence

• Real Estate Certificate or willingness to obtain (note, this is compulsory)
