Leasing Consultant / Property Management Assistant

Colliers Toowoomba is looking for a Leasing Consultant / Property Management Assistant to join our high-performing Residential Property Management team. This is a diverse role suited to someone with strong administration experience, ideally within real estate, along with a genuine interest in building new relationships with prospective tenants, processing new tenancy applications, marketing and conducting inspections. 

Working closely with our Residential Property Management team, you will play an important role in helping our clients secure good quality tenants & assisting our Property Managers.

About the Role: 

As our next Leasing Consultant / Property Management Assistant, you'll support our dynamic team and be part of a fun environment where you can grow and thrive. Your busy day will include, but not be limited to:

• Provide backbone support to the Property Management Team

• Give prospective tenants an executive-level leasing experience

• Manage tenant enquires  

• Process prospective tenancy applications 

• Manage & book inspections to show prospective tenants 

• Conducting routine inspections

• Assisting with entry & exit condition reports 

• Assisting the Property Management team 

What We're Looking For:

• Have prior administration experience (real estate or professional services preferred)

• Previous real estate experience (preferred)

• A current QLD Real Estate License and a current driver’s license

• Demonstrate strong organisational and multitasking skills

• Display excellent written and verbal communication

• Be confident using Microsoft Office (experience with CRM systems and platforms like Rex, Property Me, or Adobe Suite is a bonus)

• Present professionally and take pride in maintaining an efficient workspace

• Be a quick learner with the desire to grow the role as the business evolves
