What you'll be doing

• Managing a portfolio of commercial properties including office spaces, retail locations and industrial facilities

• Conducting regular property inspections and liaising with tenants to ensure properties are well-maintained

• Collecting and processing rent payments, managing arrears, and maintaining accurate financial records

• Negotiating new lease agreements and managing lease renewals

• Overseeing all building maintenance and coordinating contractors for repair work

• Providing excellent customer service to tenants and addressing any concerns in a timely manner

• Assisting with the marketing and leasing of vacant properties

• Preparing comprehensive property reports and financial statements

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in property management

• Strong knowledge of the commercial property market and industry regulations

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants

• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office suite

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Tertiary qualification in property management, real estate or a related field is preferred
