As a Service Delivery Engineer,  you will:

• be responsible for the implementation of our product Zed Link

• actively engage in stakeholder communication and project coordination

• apply your knowledge in healthcare interoperability and integration

• apply your technical troubleshooting skills to drive successful deployments

• facilitate effective training and knowledge transfer

• support commercial operations and pre-sales activities

• comply with Zed's quality and other regulatory frameworks

• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards, including DICOM and HL7

• Solid working knowledge of relational databases and SQL (particularly Microsoft SQL Server)

• Solid infrastructure knowledge

• Understanding of cybersecurity principles
