At Fatbuilds 4x4, we live and breathe high-end, one of a kind four-wheel drive builds, with a specialty in American Trucks that turn heads both on and off the road.
We are known for our precision, passion, and commitment to delivering next-level custom builds to our customers.
We are on the hunt for a highly organised and proactive Parts Coordinator to become a vital part of our fast-paced, hands-on team.
This role is all about keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes — making sure every part arrives on time, every bay stays stocked and every build runs like clockwork.

Who We're Looking For

We’re chasing someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong organisational skills and the drive to stay two steps ahead.

You’ll be the backbone of our supply chain — keeping freight flowing, inventory dialled in and the workshop team moving efficiently.

Key Attributes:

• Have previous experience in a parts, inventory or workshop coordination role (automotive preferred, but not essential)

• Be confident navigating supplier portals and raising purchase orders

• Be comfortable using spreadsheets and tracking stock movements accurately

• Communicate clearly and professionally with both the workshop team and suppliers

• Complete weekly stocktakes

• Take initiative, solve problems on the fly, and stay calm under pressure

• Thrive in a fast-moving environment where every day is different

• Ability to unload and movenover stock/parts in warehouse
