The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Parts Coordinator and Stock Controller to join our dynamic team. This role offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and opportunities for personal and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently purchase catering, laundry, and refrigeration parts to maximize profit while meeting team supply needs.

• Source parts from non manufacturer suppliers trough the other channels available, Locally & offshore.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new suppliers to ensure proactive purchasing strategies.

• Manage inventory within the Simpro system to ensure accurate stock levels.

• Oversee vehicle stock requirements for engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Build and maintain trustful relationships with clients and key stakeholders within hospitality businesses.

• Support the service delivery team by providing daily phone backup and assistance with inquiries.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in purchasing and stock control, ideally within the food service industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

• Knowledge of Simpro software is advantageous.
