The Opportunity

Veolia ANZ is seeking a Customer Experience Sales & Onboarding Consultant to join our team based in Keysborough 3173. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets. In this role you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll be responsible for

Attend to incoming customer Sales and Retention based calls and emails Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders Manage a variety of customer queries including; operations, quotations, subcontracting, price increases, complaints

What you'll need to be successful

Previous experience within a sales or customer service role required Waste industry experience or similar desired but not essential A supportive, ambitious team player determined to succeed in your KPI's Resilience and tenacity Be reliable and have a strong work ethic
