We are building our kitchen team ahead of our late August opening and are looking for Breakfast & Lunch chefs to join us.

Great Jones is a new daytime restaurant opening in the heart of High Street, Armadale. The venue has been thoughtfully renovated to create a space that feels refined, warm, and timeless, supporting a food offering that is elevated, produce-driven, and approachable.

We are building our kitchen team ahead of our late August opening and are looking for Breakfast Chefs and Kitchen Hands to join us. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new venue with a long-term vision, offering predominantly daytime hours and a strong work-life balance.

The roles:

These are hands-on positions working closely with experienced chefs in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Breakfast and Lunch Chef duties include:

• Preparing and executing breakfast and lunch service

• Assisting with food preparation and mise en place

• Supporting service with consistency and attention to detail

• Contributing to kitchen organisation and cleanliness

• Learning and refining cooking techniques and presentation

About you:

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

• Positive and calm during busy service periods

• Comfortable working across different lines during service

• Able to work well in a small, collaborative team

• Available for weekend work

• Minimum 2 years experience in a high volume kitchen
