ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a creative storyteller, not just a content producer. This role is for someone who can shoot with intention, colour grade with precision, and edit content that feels elevated – someone who thinks in visual narratives, not just quick-turnaround social clips.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social content strategy that aligns with MESHKI’s brand vision and marketing objectives.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and translate them into viral, engaging content.
• Attend photoshoots and branded events to shoot and edit high-quality social content across a range of formats and devices.
• Create visually compelling social content that aligns with platform trends, nuance, and MESHKI’s brand aesthetic.
• Create high-engagement content spotlighting seasonally relevant products that resonate with customer mindsets.
• Plan and produce social content to hit engagement rate, follower growth, and sell-through targets.
• Plan and produce social-led photoshoots aligned to marketing objectives, including custom set backdrops, props, and set design unique to MESHKI.
• Storyboard creative concepts from idea through to execution, providing creative direction to videographers and photographers.
• Plan and produce high-quality video content that showcases MESHKI’s products and brand story, colour graded and edited for platform-optimised Reels and TikToks.
• Continuously ideate new formats and creative approaches to enhance MESHKI’s presence across platforms.
• Conduct industry and competitor research to identify content gaps and inform upcoming collection/bespoke launches.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING

• Proficiency across Adobe Suite for video and photo editing (not just CapCut/mobile editing), you will be comfortable working within colour grading skills.
• Skilled video editing beyond lo-fi, phone-based content with the ability to produce polished, elevated output.
• Exposure to content creation devices beyond iPhone/DSLR, e.g. Fujifilm, camcorder.
• Sharp instinct for what will and won’t work on social, beyond personal taste.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Photography/Videography, or related field.
• Online portfolio demonstrating high-quality photo/video work on Instagram and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of photography/videography best practice – lighting, direction, post-production.
• Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine alignment with MESHKI’s aesthetic, style, and target demographic.
