About Proform Products

Based in Malaga, WA, Proform is a 100% Western Australian-owned and operated company, renowned for its comprehensive range of high-quality products for the building trades. Join our midsize, dynamic team and work in an enjoyable, collaborative environment reporting to our Retail Sales Manager.

Main Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and in-person at our showroom (open Monday to Friday, half-day Saturday).

• Design and prepare quotes for kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, and wardrobes, including detailed cutting lists using in-house software.

• Scan and email quotes/sales orders to outsourced companies and external customers.

• Liaise with customers regarding lead times and delivery schedules.

• Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Skills and Experience

• Essential: Cabinet making background with the ability to set out jobs and create cutting lists.

• Desirable: Experience with Cabinet Vision or CAD drafting and knowledge of decorative timber products/cabinet hardware.

• Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills.

• High attention to detail in design and quoting.

• Ability to quickly learn product codes and technical data.

• Proven skills in telephone and counter sales, managing the sales process, and building customer relationships.

• Excellent planning and organizational skills to meet delivery deadlines.

• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a team environment.

• Well-presented, friendly, enthusiastic, responsible, and reliable.
