The opportunity

We are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join the team at our corporate office in Subiaco.

Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a reception service to the general public, company visitors and staff.  You will also provide a wide range of administrative functions to support various business units and departments. 

This is a full-time permanent role, working standard office hours from Monday – Friday.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

• Providing a full suite of front office reception services
• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls to appropriate personnel
• Receiving and distributing incoming mail and arranging the despatch of outgoing mail
• Booking meeting rooms and arranging appropriate catering requirements
• Maintaining appropriate records such as, updating internal telephone directories and staff security pass register
• Processing of requisitions and purchase orders for Subiaco office teams
• Preparation of credit card reconciliations including obtaining receipts and authorised signatures
• Making travel bookings using the online booking system
• A broad range of other administrative tasks as directed

About you

To be successful for this role, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role, within a busy office environment
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office with the ability to quickly learn other software programs such as INX and Pronto
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and unsupervised
