About the Role

Located in our Brand-New Chadstone Retail Store, opening in July 2026, as a Senior Consultant, you will contribute to a growing business by leveraging your travel knowledge, selling preferred products, and building strong relationships with local community members.

Key Accountabilities

Reporting to the General Manager of Helloworld Travel Chadstone, you will:

• Provide excellence in customer service by following up on holiday queries, providing quotes and booking travel.

• Use in-house platforms and global distribution systems to book and confirm travel arrangements.

• Promote products and services to customers so that they may benefit from our negotiated preferred rates.

• Assist customers with further bookings whilst on a journey or make alternative travel arrangements.

Key Result Areas:

• Provide excellent customer service in relation to holiday booking and queries.

• Assist with administrative tasks where necessary.

The ideal candidate will have the below Experience and Qualifications:

• Travel Level 4 qualification or similar standard recommended.

• Previous experience as a travel consultant in a retail environment.

• Demonstrated experience in customer excellence.

• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and service objectives.

• Strong attention to detail and administration.

Other considerations:

You may be required to travel interstate and overseas from time to time and provide support and advice to parts of the world outside your time zone.
