Occupational Therapist

Our client who is a leading Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation in WA are seeking an Occupational Therapist for their practice based in Mandurah. Make a real difference to the community in caring for all ages through the support of Occupational Therapy.
 
Duties and Tasks;

• Working with the team of health professionals in assisting patients with rehabilitation and treatment plans assigned
• Providing all reports to key stakeholders with progress updates on patients
• Liaising with service providers and community agencies ensuring ultimate care for both patients and clients alike
• Effective communication of treatment plans with patients to be able to provide patients confidence in abilities.

Requirements
 
For this role you must have;

• Occupational Therapy degree and ideally with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
• 3 - 5 years Occupational Therapy experience in a relevant industry
• Strong communication skills both verbally and written
• Able to work both autonomously and within a team dynamic
• Police Clearance within 12 months - Essential
• Working with Children Check - Essential
• Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport
