As part of Omnicom Media Group, you'll join a team of over 80 digital specialists across strategy, technology, media and experience design, working with some of Australia's leading brands to solve complex digital challenges

This is a rare opportunity to join Resolution's Senior Leadership Team and help shape the next phase of the business.

As General Manager, Digital Innovation, you'll lead a future-facing portfolio spanning CX, UX/UI, optimisation, AI and product innovation, with ownership of its commercial performance, propositions and growth.

Working closely with the Managing Director you'll help define the future of Resolution, connecting capabilities, clients and opportunities across the business and wider Omnicom network. We're looking for a commercially minded leader who can turn specialist expertise and emerging technology into practical, scalable solutions that create measurable value for clients and sustainable growth for Resolution.

About the opportunity

Resolution is evolving from a capability-led digital agency into a consulting-grade, product-led business. This role sits at the center of that transformation.

You'll own a strategic portfolio focused on digital innovation, identifying market opportunities, developing new propositions, driving commercial growth and bringing together multidisciplinary teams to solve complex client challenges.

This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable discussing AI strategy with executive clients, building scalable products and propositions, leading senior specialists, and owning commercial outcomes.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading the Digital Innovation portfolio and its commercial performance.
• Developing innovative, scalable products and propositions across customer experience, AI, optimisation and digital transformation.
• Building and converting a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Partnering with senior leaders across Resolution and the wider Omnicom network to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Identifying where emerging technology creates genuine commercial opportunity for clients.
• Coaching and developing senior capability leaders while helping shape the broader business strategy.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Senior leadership experience within digital consulting, technology, product, customer experience or innovation.
• Strong commercial acumen with ownership of a business unit, practice or P&L.
• A proven track record of growing revenue, winning new business and developing scalable service offerings.
• Experience translating technical capability into compelling commercial propositions.
• Deep knowledge of digital experience, AI, platforms, customer strategy and emerging technologies.
• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across complex organisations.
