Experienced Property Manager

Westside Realty Group is looking for an Experienced Property Manager to join our growing and supportive team in our Truganina office.

This is a full-time opportunity for someone who is passionate about property management, enjoys building genuine relationships and wants to be part of a workplace where teamwork, support and a positive culture really matter.

You’ll be encouraged to take ownership of your portfolio, providing exceptional end to end service to our Rental Providers and Renters whilst knowing you have a team behind you to assist with administration support.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• 3+ years of residential property management experience

• Strong knowledge of Victorian residential rental legislation and compliance requirements

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong organisation and time-management skills

• Confidence managing competing priorities in a busy environment

• Experience with property management software, Property Me, Inspect Real Estate and Inspection Express preferred

• Great attention to detail and pride in keeping accurate records

• Confidence handling maintenance, arrears, disputes and those unexpected PM moments we all know happen!

• A solutions-focused approach and the ability to think on your feet

• A genuine commitment to providing excellent service to Rental Providers and Renters

• The ability to work independently while also being a true team player
