Experienced Property Manager

Harcourts Melbourne City is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our award-winning team in the heart of Melbourne.

This is an opportunity for an experienced PM who loves what they do, takes pride in delivering great service and wants to work within a supportive team where good systems, great people and a positive culture make a real difference.

You'll manage a quality portfolio of residential properties across Melbourne CBD and the inner city, with the technology, processes and team around you to help keep things running smoothly.

What You'll Do

This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of your portfolio while working closely with our wider property management and leasing team.

You'll:

• Manage a quality portfolio of inner-city apartments

• Build strong relationships with Rental Providers and Renters through clear, proactive communication

• Coordinate leasing campaigns, from marketing and inspections through to renter selection and onboarding

• Conduct routine inspections and coordinate maintenance, with a focus on protecting our clients' properties

• Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears

• Stay across Victorian legislation and compliance, supported by established systems, checklists and ongoing training

• Work collaboratively with our leasing, business development, sales & administration teams

• Deliver the high level of service our clients have come to expect

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who already knows property management and is ready to bring their experience to a team that values what they contribute.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience in residential property management

• Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Confidence using technology and systems to work efficiently

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• The ability to build genuine relationships with Rental Providers and Renters

• A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in as part of the team

Most importantly, you're someone who takes ownership, communicates well and cares about doing a great job.
