Since opening in 2019 Pollito Chipotle Grill has established itself as one of the best flame-grilled chicken restaurants in Perth!

Our mission is to become your new favourite chicken restaurant - and just have fun doing it! Serving burritos, quesadillas, burgers, wraps and of course our famous grilled chicken basted in our secret-recipe chipotle sauce, our first store in Nedlands has grown its own loyal following. That means its also time to grow our team.

What will you do?

• Our team are 'all-rounders' - meaning you are trained to work in the kitchen as well as serve customers
• No job is too big or too small - you'll be involved in prepping before service, making orders during service and cleaning/closing after service (yes, that includes dishes)
• You’ll be part of the first team at our flagship store and with the opportunity to create and grow our new brand into other future stores
• Create an unmatched customer experience
• Assist training new teams
• Work together with your team-members to improve performance and operations
• Take ownership of your responsibilities, this is also your business that you will shape and grow

What you have?

• A can-do attitiude to just get the job done even if it means getting your hands dirty - we value this more than any experience you think you have or need
• A passion for healthy, tasty food
• Hands-on experience in a restaurants in the fast-casual dining industry (e.g. brands like Nando’s, Grill’d, Pizza stores, Mexican chains)
• Kitchen or back-of-house experience required (prep work, deep frying, basic knife skills)
• Great customer service skills - this means having confidence to speak to our customers and team in a friendly and clear manner
• Pride in your work, abilities and presentation
• Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment
• Knowledge of food handling and OH&S procedures
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or Approved Manager Card required
• COVID-19 Hygiene Training certificate required.

Applicants must be available for shifts for lunch and dinner.
