Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Establishment (TME) is looking for a creative, motivated and organised Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.

This is a hands on role for someone who loves social media, content creation, filming, editing and marketing strategy. You'll work closely with our clients to create content that not only looks good, but delivers results.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Creating and managing social media strategies for clients

• Developing content ideas, calendars and campaigns

• Attending client sites to film social media content

• Filming Reels, TikToks, educational videos, behind the scenes content and more

• Editing short form videos for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook

• Writing social media captions and content

• Managing and scheduling social media accounts

• Liaising directly with clients and building strong relationships

• Writing blogs and website content

• Creating newsletters and email marketing campaigns

• Researching trends and finding new content opportunities

• Monitoring social media performance and providing insights

• Working across multiple clients and industries

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in social media and content creation

• Is confident filming and directing clients on site

• Has strong video editing skills

• Understands what makes content engaging and shareable

• Can develop a strategy rather than simply creating and posting content

• Is confident communicating with clients

• Is highly organised and can manage multiple deadlines

• Is creative and constantly coming up with new ideas

• Keeps up with current social media trends

• Can work independently and take initiative

• Has experience with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook

• Is confident using CapCut, Canva and Meta Business Suite (or similar platforms)

• Work with a variety of exciting clients and industries

A driver's licence and reliable transport is required, as the role involves regular travel to and from client sites and filming locations.
