Wollongong Private Hospital is a 171 bed private hospital operated by Australia's largest private hospital operator, Ramsay Health Care, is set in the heart of Wollongong's Medical Precinct.  It features state of the art equipment, facilities and patient services setting a benchmark for healthcare facilities in the Illawarra.

Wollongong Private Hospital is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our team on a full-time, fixed-term basis.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to provide Administrative assistance to the Executive Team and assist with functions across Wollongong and Figtree Private Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service.

In this role, you will perform a range of administrative tasks in alignment with our Ramsay Core Values, supporting both our customers and clinical teams.

 The role will primarily be based on the Executive Reception and will assist with areas including:

• General Administration tasks for the Executive Team
• Coordination of staff uniforms
• Coordination of car parking and security pass requests
• Executive Reception
• General data entry and uploading of documentation

About You
To succeed in this role, you will be a well-presented and proactive individual with:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Proven administrative experience, ideally in a healthcare or customer service setting
• The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands effectively
• A commitment to teamwork and a positive, can-do attitude
