About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruitment professional with a track record in the accounting, finance and risk market to join our Brisbane team. 

Role scope involves:

• Leveraging existing Troocoo and new client relationships to build a strong portfolio of business within the Queensland market. 
• Deliver on best practice recruitment processes, with a strong focus on exceptional candidate experience. 
• Network and provide value and insights to the senior finance market to build personal and brand presence. 
• Contribute to the wider Troocoo team's success through collaboration and shared client, candidate and account information. 
• Manage individual daily operations with the autonomy to make decisions and drive outcomes with confidence. 
• Actively share market intelligence with the team and the wider business.
• Promoting the division and Troocoo at industry events, meetings and relevant sponsorship opportunities.
  

About you:
You are an experienced recruitment professional with a background working within the accounting, finance and risk market, or will be looking to expand into this sector. You will be self-motivated towards operational and long-term strategic goals, with a view to build a strong personal brand presence in the Queensland market. 

You will pride yourself on delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes for clients and candidates, with a consistent and diligent approach to your recruitment methodology. With a 'team first' approach you will demonstrate an ability to cross sell opportunities across the business, with a view to contribute to the growth of the overall business.
