Selective industries is a growing family owned business in Stirling. We are a wholesale and retail supplier of uniforms, safety wear & industrial products.

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee end-to-end business processes, ensuring seamless operations and actively contributing to the creation and maintenance of efficient workflows. 

About the job;

• Oversee end-to-end business processes. 

• Ensure seamless operations and actively contribute to the creation and maintenance of efficient workflows.

• Give direction to remote staff on daily duties

• Create quotes and/or Sales Orders on ERP System (MYOB Advanced)

• Creating Purchase Orders and liaising with suppliers for back orders.

• Ensuring Inventory is maintained as well as office supplies.

• Liaise with branding department to ensure customers requirements are met

• Customer service including making recommendations and selling.

• Point of Sale operation (training provided).

• Answering telephones.

• Able to work independently and in a team.

• Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Assisting in other areas of the business when needed.

About you;

• Previous experience within Industrial/workwear/PPE industry is preferable, but not essential.

• 5 year+ experience in Office Administration, Internal sales & purchasing is essential.

• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

• Positive attitude, personality, energy and charisma.

• A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative.

• Strong people and communication skills - including in-person, email and telephone.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
