About the role
The role:
This is your opportunity to take ownership of an established regional territory while playing a key role in growing one of Australia's leading masonry businesses!
Managing a portfolio of existing customers across regional Victoria, you'll spend your time building strong relationships, uncovering new opportunities and helping customers deliver successful construction projects. From builders and bricklayers to landscape suppliers and resellers, you'll become their trusted partner, providing outstanding service and practical solutions across our range of concrete masonry products including bricks, blocks and pavers.
With the flexibility to design your own day, you'll enjoy the autonomy of a field-based role. Most of your time will be spent on the road visiting customers across your territory, which includes Ballarat, Bendigo, Mildura, Albury, Mt Gambier and surrounding regional areas. You'll also regularly connect with the team at our Campbellfield and Bendigo sites for training, collaboration and sales meetings, while balancing your time with planning, quoting and customer follow-up.
