Car Sales Consultant – Used Vehicles

Sci-Fleet Toyota is the largest-selling Toyota dealership in Australia and ranked 15th in the world, and we’re looking for an experienced Car Sales Consultant to join our high-performing Used Vehicles team at Indooroopilly.

• Identifying prospective customers and proactively following up enquiries to generate new business

• Understanding customers’ needs, interests and buying criteria to deliver the right solution

• Building strong relationships and providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey

• Maintaining current knowledge of our vehicle range, products and services

• Driving Toyota for Life compliance

• Coordinating and delivering vehicles to customers

• Providing exceptional post-delivery support

• Consistently working towards and exceeding individual and dealership sales targets

• Demonstrating Sci-Fleet’s values and supporting behaviours

• 1–3 years’ experience in automotive sales or a similar sales-focused role

• A proven sales track record with demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding targets

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

• A proactive, motivated and results-driven approach

• A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences

• A willingness to continually learn, develop and improve your sales techniques

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to contribute positively to a high-performing team
