IMMEDIATE START - CASUAL/ PART TIME ROLE

Hairline Clinic is a hair transplant clinic focused on delivering high-quality, natural-looking hair restoration outcomes. We are looking for a Hair Transplant Assistant to join our growing clinical team.

This role would suit someone with experience as a Dental Assistant, Beauty Therapist, Lash Technician, Cosmetic Assistant or in another hands-on, detail-focused environment. While previous hair transplant experience is highly regarded, it is not essential — comprehensive training will be provided.

Working closely alongside our doctors and clinical team, you will assist throughout hair transplant procedures and help ensure our patients receive a professional, comfortable and positive experience from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the doctor throughout hair transplant procedures

• Preparing and maintaining the procedure room

• Assisting with graft handling and preparation

• Supporting the clinical team during micro-FUE procedures

• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and infection control

• Preparing equipment and supplies before procedures

• Supporting the team with general clinical and patient-care duties

• Ensuring the procedure environment remains organised, efficient and professional

We are looking for someone who is:

• Highly detail-oriented with excellent fine-motor skills

• Comfortable working with their hands for extended periods

• Calm, focused and able to work well under pressure

• Naturally organised and able to follow detailed processes

• Caring and confident when interacting with patients

• Comfortable working as part of a close-knit clinical team

• Reliable, punctual and professional

• Willing to learn and develop specialised clinical skills

You may be a great fit for this role if you have experience as a:

Dental Assistant – particularly if you are comfortable assisting during procedures, preparing instruments and working closely with a clinician.

Lash Technician / Beauty Therapist – particularly if you have excellent hand-eye coordination, precision, patience and experience working closely with clients.

Medical Assistant / Cosmetic Assistant – clinical experience is highly regarded.

Hair Transplant Technician – previous experience is advantageous but not essential.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have excellent attention to detail and fine-motor control. The ability to work carefully and consistently with small grafts is an important part of the role.
