Working closely with the CEO, COO and senior leadership team, you will provide the financial insight, analysis and commercial support that helps shape business decisions and future growth.

The OpportunityReporting to the COO, you will play a key role in supporting the financial performance of the business through high-quality reporting, forecasting, financial controls and commercial analysis.Your responsibilities will include:Partnering with the CEO, COO and leadership team to support strategy and commercial outcomesProviding financial insights, feasibility analysis and financial modelling to support growthPreparing and maintaining budgets, forecasts and management accountsMonitoring financial performance and analysing variancesSupporting continuous improvement and cost-control initiativesMaintaining strong internal controls, governance and risk-management processesProviding accurate cash-flow reportingSupporting payroll and accounts teams across key processes and accountabilitiesAssisting with banking, funding, capital expenditure, project feasibilities and financial due diligenceSupporting financial systems and reporting improvements
About YouWe are looking for a commercially minded, technically strong and detail-oriented accountant who enjoys partnering with people across an organisation.You will be comfortable moving beyond the numbers — translating financial information into clear, practical insights that support decision-making, operational performance and growth.You will ideally bring:Experience in a Financial Accountant role, preferably within healthcare, labour hire, aged care or another multi-site/multi-state environmentStrong experience across management reporting, budgeting and forecastingExperience with MYOB Acumatica EnterpriseStrong understanding of financial controls, systems and governanceA proactive, solutions-focused approachExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsThe ability to lead, support and mentor othersTertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or CommerceCPA, CA or equivalent qualification – essential
