As a Cook, you'll be at the heart of the action, flipping pancakes and crafting mouthwatering dishes that make our guests keep coming back for more. Whether you’re cooking up a storm on the hotplate, plating up pancakes just right, or adding those finishing touches to a signature dish, you’ll play a vital role in bringing smiles to every table.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Cooking Up a Storm: You’ll be perfecting our signature pancakes, sizzling hotplates, and all our delicious menu items that make The Pancake Parlour - a Melbourne favourite.
• Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Work alongside an amazing crew to deliver orders quickly and efficiently. You'll be in the kitchen, but it’s the team spirit that makes the magic happen.
• Fast & Fun: Keep things moving during peak hours while ensuring each dish is up to our high standards (and looking delicious!).
• Staying on Track: Maintain a clean and organized work area, keeping everything running smoothly so the kitchen operates like a well-oiled machine
