What you’ll be doing

• Manage broker-side follow-through including outstanding items, missing information requests, and escalations requiring broker input.

• Maintain weekly contact with clients while loans are in the system.

• Follow up non-converted leads with structure and consistency, because the long game wins.

• Keep pipeline hygiene strong through clear calls, notes, next steps, and momentum.
