Business Development Manager

Hunters-Closers only. Commission Based Sales for Tech Companies. $5,000-$15,000 commissions earnt per month. Earn $120,000 – $180,000 Commissions Yearly.

What This Is:

• Commission-Only for first 1-2 months then you move to Monthly Salary/Retainer + Commissions

• Earn $5,000-$15,000 per month in commissions depending on solutions sold

• You hunt and make Sales for one of our Clients, then continue with them ongoing

• Average 2-3 deals per month once ramped

Critical Requirements:

• Requires alternative income during ramp period (savings alone not sufficient)

• First commission typically Month 3-4 onwards

• Proven track record of cold outbound pipeline building

• Hunter mindset, NOT account manager background

• Pure cold outbound prospecting

This role is NOT for:

• If you want hot leads

• If you expect deals handed to you

• If you can't handle 90+ days without commission income

• If you need constant hand-holding

• If you're an account manager, not a hunter

• If you can't qualify hard

• We win contracts with Clients and help you transition to work with them

• We allocate you to a client based on fit, with our guidance and support

• Founded by a Sales Director with 25 years experience (Google, Salesforce, Symantec)

• We've been running this Sales Model for 7 years

• We hire 2-3 Salespeople per month from 50+ applicants

• Example #1: A Salesperson selling AI Packaged Solutions has made 110% in their first year

• Example #2: A Sales Contractor made a recruitment software sale in the 2nd month earning $7,500 commission from 1 deal within 2 weeks
