The OpportunityWe are seeking a mid-level Change Manager who is interested in growing their career in Business and Project Services Consulting.As a Terra Firma Business Consultant, you will benefit from working with a variety of our valued clients across a broad range of industry sectors. You will work on long and short-term projects where your project management and stakeholder engagement skills will be showcased. Reporting to the Consulting Capability Executive, you will be provided with ongoing leadership and support.
Reporting to the Consulting Capability Executive you will be provided with ongoing leadership and support. A typical assignment with one of our clients may include:Change Strategy Development: Create and implement change management strategies aligned with the organisation’s objectives and initiatives, utilising contemporary change methodologies in agile and traditional delivery environmentsStakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders to ensure buy-in, involvement, and support throughout the change processChange Communication: Develop clear, concise, and targeted communication plans to ensure all employees are informed and prepared for upcoming changesTraining and Support: Design and deliver training programs to support the adoption of new processes, tools, and systemsResistance Management: Identify potential sources of resistance and develop strategies to address concerns and encourage adoptionImpact Assessment: Conduct impact assessments to understand how changes will affect various teams and processes, and ensure necessary steps are taken to mitigate disruptionsMonitoring and Reporting: Track progress of change initiatives, measure success, and provide regular updates to leadershipContinuous Improvement: Review and evaluate change management processes to identify opportunities for improvement in future initiativesCollaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other business units to align change management efforts with broader organisational goals
The Ideal CandidateYou will have experience as a Change Manager with exposure to a variety of different industries and knowledge and experience with contemporary change methodologies in agile and traditional delivery, experience across large transformations and system implementations, leading cultural change and new ways of working for large user groups.We look for candidates with a consulting mindset who can display the following skills:CommunicationAnalytical ThinkingCritical ThinkingGroup FacilitationRelationship Building
