Change Manager (12-month max term contract)

Description

We’re seeking an experienced Change Manager (12-month max term contract) to work across the organisation and partner with sponsors, leaders and project teams to deliver successful change outcomes. With a strong focus on supporting our people through change, this role plays a critical part in understanding change impacts, embedding effective change strategies and delivering clear, engaging communications. 

As a Change Manager, you will:  

• Lead change across transformation and technology initiatives 

• Drive adoption and embed cultural and organisational change 

• Build trusted relationships to sustain change outcomes 

• Deliver practical change strategies, impact and readiness assessments 

• Design targeted engagement, communication and training plans 

• Embed change into project plans and coach leaders and teams 

About you: 

You’re a confident, people‑centred change professional who can influence at all levels. You bring: 

• Strong practical experience leading organisational change in complex environments 

• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills 

• A pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach to overcoming resistance and barriers 

• The ability to remain calm and effective through ambiguity and transformation 

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential: Tertiary qualification, change management certification, and 10+ years’ experience delivering large‑scale organisational or technology change 

Desirable: Training qualification and experience in financial services or government environments
